{"id":1616,"date":"2021-05-28T17:38:00","date_gmt":"2021-05-28T17:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-wp.evalartapp.com\/?p=1616"},"modified":"2025-03-20T09:44:21","modified_gmt":"2025-03-20T09:44:21","slug":"artificial-intelligence-in-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev-wp.evalartapp.com\/es\/blog\/artificial-intelligence-in-recruitment\/","title":{"rendered":"Inteligencia artificial en reclutamiento"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la Inteligencia Artificial (IA)?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El concepto de Inteligencia Artificial (IA) se refiere a una computadora o m\u00e1quina con un programa que si se utiliza adecuadamente tiene la capacidad de resolver problemas y comprenderlos.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las caracter\u00edsticas de la inteligencia artificial es que puede llegar a poseer distintas habilidades humanas, por ejemplo, aprendizaje, funciones sensoriales, comprensi\u00f3n, razonamiento, etc. Otra caracter\u00edstica es que muestra sus resultados de diferentes formas, esto se debe a que, una computadora o m\u00e1quina puede estar configurada para observar, escuchar o tocar, esto depende de los datos que almacene en su sistema.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conceptos relacionados con la Inteligencia Artificial (IA)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>An\u00e1lisis de datos (D.A):<\/strong> Se refiere al an\u00e1lisis de cualquier tipo de datos.<br \/>\n<strong>Miner\u00eda de datos (D.M):<\/strong> Es el proceso a trav\u00e9s del cual se profundizas en los datos para determinar el significado o valor de cada uno.<br \/>\n<strong>Big data:<\/strong> Es la descripci\u00f3n de datos en grandes vol\u00famenes. Este concepto se ha desarrollado y evolucionado a la par con las diferentes tecnolog\u00edas y m\u00e9todos.<br \/>\n<strong>Data Science (D.S):<\/strong> Es una ciencia multidisciplinaria cuyo principal objetivo es convertir los datos grandes en datos inteligentes. Ha sido principalmente utilizada en el \u00e1mbito de recursos humanos debido a que permite reunir, tratar, resumir y transformar la big data en bases estructuradas de datos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IA aplicada a los Recursos Humanos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Todos los datos e informaci\u00f3n que se recopila en el \u00e1rea de recursos humanos se denomina Big Data cuando tiene un volumen muy elevado, el uso que se le da a estos datos forma algoritmos que tienen la capacidad de hacer predicciones respecto al talento humano, por ejemplo, nuevos candidatos para un puesto o bien las capacidades y habilidades que tiene cada trabajador. Permite evaluar el rendimiento para establecer objetivos y estimar resultados del trabajo que se realizar\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>En la actualidad, se ha convertido en una pr\u00e1ctica cada vez m\u00e1s habitual analizar al recurso humano, este an\u00e1lisis hace uso de macrodatos y herramientas digitales que miden, entienden y comunican el rendimiento de los empleados, factores que se relacionan con la organizaci\u00f3n del personal, la gesti\u00f3n de operaciones y del talento humano.<\/p>\n<p>Un ejemplo del uso que tiene la IA en el an\u00e1lisis del recurso humano es la filmaci\u00f3n durante las entrevistas de trabajo en las cuales se analizan se\u00f1ales verbales y no verbales.<\/p>\n<p>Human analytics o an\u00e1lisis de recursos humanos se refiere a utilizar datos individuales de personas que permiten al profesional del recurso humano y a los directivos de las organizaciones una adecuada toma de decisiones al momento de contratar personal, desde seleccionar a los mejores candidatos, evaluar posibles ascensos, evaluar desempe\u00f1o, elegir futuros l\u00edderes de departamentos, hasta identificar riesgos de abandono laboral.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IA aplicada al reclutamiento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uno de los objetivos de utilizar big data en recursos humanos es optimizar el reclutamiento de nuevo talento humano en las empresas, midiendo el compromiso del personal acorde a la cultura de la organizaci\u00f3n. De esta forma reduce las posibilidades de liderazgos fallidos que pudieran representar un costo muy elevado para la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>La inteligencia artificial ayuda a optimizar tiempo e informaci\u00f3n durante diferentes etapas del proceso de reclutamiento:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Publicaci\u00f3n de la oferta en Internet:<\/strong> Al publicar la oferta de empleo en internet las empresas reciben un volumen de curr\u00edculos considerable, en esta fase la inteligencia artificial eficientiza y automatiza la tarea para que se filtren y se busque los requisitos para el puesto de tal forma que reduce el n\u00famero de candidatos de forma dr\u00e1stica y de esta manera ahorra tiempo al reclutador para evitar que revise perfiles que no se ajustan a los requerimientos.<br \/>\n<strong>Entrevistas:<\/strong> El uso de la inteligencia artificial en esta fase del proceso permite grabar las entrevistas y hacer un reconocimiento facial para evaluar el pensamiento del candidato a trav\u00e9s de su comportamiento. Lo cual brinda informaci\u00f3n acerca de la honestidad del candidato que est\u00e1 siendo entrevistado.<br \/>\n<strong>Evaluaci\u00f3n de candidatos:<\/strong> Aplicar diferentes evaluaciones de acuerdo con los requerimientos del puesto, la aplicaci\u00f3n, calificaci\u00f3n e interpretaci\u00f3n de las pruebas o evaluaciones implicar\u00eda mayor inversi\u00f3n de tiempo a diferencia de que si se utiliza en sistema automatizado se puede evaluar candidatos de forma masiva y de esa forma acelerar el proceso de selecci\u00f3n.<br \/>\n<strong>Onboarding:<\/strong> Esta fase del proceso resulta de gran importancia para integrar al nuevo empleado por completo a la empresa, la inteligencia artificial puede optimizar tiempo y ser una herramienta de ayuda para que el candidato tenga informaci\u00f3n detallada de organizaci\u00f3n, se puede programar inducciones, videos explicativos de los procedimientos, videos de bienvenida, entre otras cosas.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la Inteligencia Artificial (IA)?
