Dependendo do tipo de teste usado, o recrutador pode obter uma aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o dos tra\u00e7os, caracter\u00edsticas e aptid\u00f5es dos candidatos de forma objetiva; e tamb\u00e9m investigar os valores e interesses dos candidatos no trabalho.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os tipos de testes psicom\u00e9tricos que costumam ser implementados nos processos seletivos s\u00e3o tr\u00eas: testes de intelig\u00eancia, que permitem ao recrutador mensurar a capacidade do candidato em aprender e aplicar tais conhecimentos de forma r\u00e1pida e eficiente pelo seu entendimento correto; testes de compet\u00eancias e habilidades, que os ajudam a descobrir se as caracter\u00edsticas do candidato coincidem \u00e0s da empresa; e, finalmente, os testes projetivos, que proporcionam ao recrutador uma aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o dos tra\u00e7os de personalidade do candidato e outras caracter\u00edsticas mentais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre as provas mais usadas nos processos seletivos de pessoas na Am\u00e9rica Latina, n\u00f3s podemos encontrar:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Teste de Zavic (Para avaliar valores e interesses)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O teste de Zavic \u00e9 um dos testes psicom\u00e9tricos mais usados na Am\u00e9rica Latina. Este teste d\u00e1 aos profissionais de RH a possibilidade de investigar os valores e interesses dos candidatos em um ambiente de trabalho para que o recrutador possa avaliar se o candidato tende a ser um trabalhador honesto. Esse teste existe h\u00e1 v\u00e1rias d\u00e9cadas, e existem v\u00e1rios outros testes, alguns mais modernos, para avaliar esses fatores, como o teste de Honestidade, \u00c9tica e Valores da Evalart.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Teste de Cleaver (DISC)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O teste de Cleaver fornece ao profissional de RH uma descri\u00e7\u00e3o completa da personalidade do candidato, com base em quatro escalas: impulso, influ\u00eancia social, consist\u00eancia e apego. Este teste tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 bem antigo e tem mais de 40 anos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>O question\u00e1rio de 16 fatores ou 16 PF<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O question\u00e1rio de 16 fatores, tamb\u00e9m conhecido como 16PF, \u00e9 um teste de personalidade cujo objetivo principal \u00e9 descrever os tra\u00e7os de personalidade de uma pessoa por meio da an\u00e1lise fatorial. A teoria por tr\u00e1s deste teste afirma que a personalidade pode ser resumida em 16 fatores de personalidade, que s\u00e3o: apatia, racioc\u00ednio, estabilidade, domin\u00e2ncia, \u00e2nimo, aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s regras, ousadia, sensibilidade, vigil\u00e2ncia, abstra\u00e7\u00e3o, privacidade, apreens\u00e3o, abertura \u00e0 mudan\u00e7a, autocontrole, confian\u00e7a, perfeccionismo e tens\u00e3o. Embora o 16PF seja o teste mais conhecido, v\u00e1rios testes semelhantes s\u00e3o baseados na teoria dos 16 fatores de Cattell.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Teste de Raven (Intelig\u00eancia)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O teste de Raven, tamb\u00e9m conhecido como matrizes progressivas de Raven ou MPR, \u00e9 um teste psicom\u00e9trico de habilidade n\u00e3o verbal focado na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do racioc\u00ednio abstrato e intelig\u00eancia fluida.
